Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of workshops, training, consulting and other services offered by BECZ Sp. z o.o. through the website dennis.cz. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Seller

The seller is BECZ Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (BECZ Sp. z o.o.), ul. Jana Kasprowicza 15/2, 31-523 Kraków, Poland. KRS 0000880594, NIP 9452241505, REGON 388023144. Entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Share capital: PLN 5,000.00, fully paid. Contact: hallo@dennis.cz.

2. Services Offered

The Seller offers paid educational services in the form of cold-calling and sales workshops under the DIAL IN series (First Signal, Strong Signal, Full Frequency, and Complete Series Bundle), as well as custom workshops for teams. Services are conducted at a specific date and location as detailed on the workshop page. Prices displayed on the website are final and VAT-inclusive unless stated otherwise.

3. Formation of the Contract

A binding sales contract is formed when you complete payment via our payment processor (Stripe) and receive an order confirmation by email. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy. The contract is concluded in the language in which you completed the order.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept credit/debit cards, BLIK (for Polish customers), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices include applicable VAT (23% Polish VAT) unless otherwise marked. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. An invoice will be issued in accordance with Polish tax law.

5. Performance of Services

Workshops are delivered at the specified date, time and location. Participants are expected to arrive on time, bring the items specified on the workshop page (notebook or laptop, minimum 10 callable leads for First Signal), and conduct themselves respectfully toward the instructor and other participants. The Seller reserves the right to remove any participant who materially disrupts the session, without refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exclusion

Under Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, pursuant to Art. 38(12) of the same Act, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to contracts for the provision of leisure services, if the contract specifies a particular day or period for the service. All DIAL IN workshops are services tied to a specific date; by purchasing, you expressly consent to the commencement of services on that date and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is excluded.

7. Cancellation and Postponement

No refunds are issued. However, if you are unable to attend due to illness and notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop start time, you may postpone your participation to a future DIAL IN session of the same tier at no additional cost. Proof of illness may be requested. Postponement requests must be sent to hallo@dennis.cz. The Seller may, in rare cases of force majeure, need to reschedule a workshop. In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of their choosing.

8. Complaints

If you believe a service has not been performed in accordance with the contract, you may submit a complaint to hallo@dennis.cz within 14 days of the workshop. The Seller will respond within 14 days. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller provides educational services and does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or any particular sales results following participation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller's total liability arising out of or in connection with any workshop shall not exceed the amount paid for that workshop. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in connection with the workshops — including but not limited to scripts, frameworks, worksheets, slides, recordings and written materials — are the intellectual property of the Seller. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, public performance or derivative use without written consent is prohibited. Recording of the workshop by participants is not permitted without prior written consent.

11. Personal Data

Processing of personal data in connection with orders and the performance of workshops is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The legal basis for processing order data is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. For disputes with business customers (B2B), the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered seat (Kraków). For disputes with consumers, mandatory provisions on consumer jurisdiction apply — consumers may bring claims in the court having jurisdiction over their domicile.

13. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version of the Terms in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Changes do not affect orders placed before the change became effective.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Polish-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version in case of dispute.
